Our Flagship Turnkey Project to date is the GRI Wind Tower Manufacturing Facility in Atlantis. The Client was a Spanish Company, Gestamp Renewable Industries. The project was completed in a time-frame of only 9 months, from conceptual design through to practical completion, thus meeting all contractual dates. We were appointed as the Turnkey Contractor on the 2nd of February 2014. Construction commenced on the 14th of March 2014 and Practical Completion was achieved in the same year, on the 5th of November 2015. A 100% health and safety record was maintained, with no fatalities or major injuries.
Our scope of works included: Architectural, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical and Landscaping Designs and Drawings, Obtaining Plan Approval at the Local Authority (LA), Construction of the Entire Plant including the Supply of all Building Materials, Construction Project Management, Obtaining Occupancy Certificates from the LA, Submitting Close-Out Documentation.
