What makes Siroccon unique is the ‘one-stop service’ offering, whereby a project is taken from conceptual stage through to completion stage. This is also referred to as an EPCM Contract (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management). We are affiliated with a number of Specialist Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers, who all form part of the EPCM Project Team.
The Client however, only has one point of contact namely, Siroccon, who are appointed as the ‘Main Contractor’ and are contractually responsible for the successful completion of the project. The Contract usually stipulates a fixed price or pre-determined pricing structure for the project to be delivered as an all-inclusive package.
